The fourth China-aided primary school was officially handed over to Botswana on Sunday.

The school's main facilities include 16 buildings, such as teaching and office blocks, a library, a dining hall, teachers' dormitory, and sports fields.
SOUNDBITE 1 (English): SLUMBER TSOGWANE, Vice President of Botswana
"This new school that I'm delighted to officially hand over today is a symbol of progress, and commitment to ensure that every child in Kazungula has access to quality education within their immediate vicinity. The school is, therefore, more than just a building, but a beacon of opportunity, a place where young minds will be shaped for the future of our nation."
The Ramaeba school follows three previous China-aided primary schools: Kubung Primary School in Maun, Dinokwane Primary School in Serowe, and Mmopane Primary School near Gaborone, the country's capital.
The school is set to welcome students for enrollment in January next year.
SOUNDBITE 2 (Chinese): FAN YONG, Chinese Ambassador to Botswana
"This is the fourth school aided by the Chinese government for Botswana. Its completion will significantly improve schooling conditions for local children and communities, helping them get better access to education."
