"As a participant in this reform and an IT professional, I have deeply felt the rapid changes in the industry. In the past, we had a significant gap in the IT field, especially compared to Western countries, particularly Silicon Valley. However, in recent years, with the rise of the internet, mobile internet, and especially the AI e ra, we have seen rapid development in technology, business models, and product innovation. Therefore, coming to South Africa and other African countries is a decision that aligns with the trend of the times."
