STORYLINE:

Chinese specialty mushroom supplier Shandong Qihe Biological Technology Co., Ltd. has entered its peak season of shipping mushroom spawn logs.

Its destination markets cover more than 70 countries and regions.

"There are 14,400 mushroom spawn logs in this container destined for the U.S. Since the beginning of this month, we have entered our peak shipping season. We will ship 600,000 mushroom spawn logs to European countries and 1.3 million to the U.S. this month."

The company's overseas sales of mushroom spawn logs improved significantly this year with its exports to Europe and Japan increasing by 20% and 30% respectively during the period from Jan. to Sept..

The company has also expanded its presence in the world market through establishing overseas subsidiaries and farms.
