STANDUP (English): WANG XUEBING, Xinhua correspondent
"Now, I'm at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China. It's very early in the morning. Although the temperature has dropped to 1 degree Celsius, this center is bustling with activity. I'm surrounded by people who have come to witness this significant moment of the manned spacecraft's launch."

The Shenzhou-19 astronauts will complete in-orbit rotation with the Shenzhou-18 trio and stay at the space station for about six months.

SOUNDBITE 1 (English): WANG XUEBING, Xinhua correspondent
"The Shenzhou-19 crewed spaceship has been launched.
It carries Chinese astronauts Cai Xuzhe, Song Lingdong and Wang Haoze to the space station. According to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA), the Shenzhou-19 astronauts will carry out 86 space science research and technology experiments.
The research will cover various fields including space life science, microgravity fundamental physics, space material science, space medicine and new space technologies."

SOUNDBITE 2 (Chinese): HUANG BINGZI, Tourist from Beijing
"We came all the way from Beijing to witness the launch, which is about only 20 seconds. The scene was truly impressive and exciting. Being so close to the launch site, I've really felt our country's technology development. We were heartened (by the moment) and so excited."

SOUNDBITE 3 (Chinese): FANG ZHUANGFEN, Tourist from Guangdong Province
"I came here because of my child. She has been fascinated by space and really wanted to witness the launch of a Shenzhou spaceship in person. I specifically brought a camera to capture this exciting moment."
