This is the skin-crawling moment a giant rat creeps up a little girl's blouse as she lies on the floor playing with a friend.

The incident occurred inside a store in Luzhou, Sichuan, China, on October 24.

Footage shows two young girls playing on the ground when a big mouse suddenly appeared and crept inside the blouse of one of the girls.

Incredibly, she remains calm when she notices something crawling up her green top.

Rather than panicking, she gets up and quietly waits for the rat to exit from her sleeve as she holds it open for the rodent.

Her visibly frightened friend backs away, and her distress alerts two adults nearby.

After hearing the noise, a man and a woman come over and stomp the rat as it tries to get away towards the end of the clip.

The little girl in green was reportedly fine.
