Man nails Joe Biden Halloween costume
A man nailed his Joe Biden Halloween costume - even drawing crowds of people asking for pictures.
Kevin O'Connor, 68, bears a remarkable resemblance to 46th President of the United States.
So for this year's Halloween, Kevin finally decided to put the thought into action and dressed up as Joe Biden.
Dolled up in aviator sunglasses, a suit and an American flag pin from his mother-in-law, he stepped out onto the streets of Salem, Massachusetts, last week (Oct 24).
Kevin was immediately swarmed with people asking for photos with some thinking he was Joe Biden at first.
Kevin, a business owner from Salem, said: "It's been so wonderful to see such a positive reaction from people."
"It's not a political statement or anything - just a good excuse to get dressed up and have fun."
"I have enjoyed feeling like a kid again going outside and playing dress up!"
Kevin's daughter Kristen, who captured the scene on camera, has felt her dad looks like Biden for years, was ecstatic to see the reaction.
Kristen, a digital graphic designer in Rockwell, Massachusetts, said: "As a family, we've said he looks like Joe Biden for ages."
"It got further confirmed when my dad started wearing aviator sunglasses and a mask during COVID, at which point people would stop him in the street thinking it was Joe Biden."
"Especially now he has the walk down, there's no telling the difference."
"I even had a friend of mine who works on a SWAT team tell me someone asked him if he was in Salem because Biden was there after seeing my dad walking about."
"We plan to head back out this week for actual Halloween and make sure he gets an ice cream!"
