US, Los Angeles: Hemet Shooting Leaves 1 Injured Press Release Added
Los Angeles, United States - October 29, 2024 10/29/2024 10:00 pm (GMT-0700) HEMET, Calif. – At approximately 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, Hemet Fire and Police responded to a shooting in the 100 block of East Stetson Avenue. Units arrived on the scene to find one victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local trauma center in unknown condition. Multiple cars were seen in the parking lot with bullet holes, and bullet casings were seen throughout the parking lot. The cause of the shooting is unknown at this time. Hemet PD has not released any further information at the time of this posting. Hemet PD press release: Hemet, Calif. – On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at approximately 9:47 p.m., the Hemet Public Safety Communications Center received several calls reporting multiple subjects shooting at each other in the 100 block of East Stetson Avenue. Officers arrived on scene and located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a hospital and is in stable condition. The Hemet/San Jacinto Gang Task Force (GTF) has assumed the investigation. This is an active investigation and no arrests have been made.
