A cyclist caught on video pulling down his shorts and mooning other riders at a race has been arrested for this shocking stunt.

The racer, identified as Athlete No. 110 with the surname Liu, stopped on a bridge in Ya'an, Sichuan, China, during a cycling competition with over 400 participants.

Video footage shows bare-chested Liu waving his shirt, readying to 'greet' the dozens of cyclists who were apparently behind him.

Then, as the group approaches, he turns his back, pulls down his shorts, and slaps his exposed backside while shouting (in Chinese): 'Come on!'

Immediately following the incident on October 23, the organizers disqualified Liu for inappropriate behavior.

The race committee confirmed the authenticity of an official statement that revoked Liu's participation and reported him to the Sichuan Cycling Association for further action.

Police also detained Liu for his conduct, which violated both race rules and public order regulations.
