A drunk foreign tourist allegedly hit a delivery rider and a taxi driver in Bali.

The intoxicated holidaymaker, driving a white sedan, allegedly struck two local drivers while heading to his hotel early in the morning on October 22.

Local reports said that another taxi driver stopped the man after the road accident.

Footage shows men crowding around the car, with one of them opening the door to confront the tourist.

Dimas Putra, who filmed the incident, said: 'I don't know where he is from. I followed him until Sunset Road in front of the Harris Hotel, where the victim's friends stopped him. After that, the authorities immediately handled it.'

'I'm afraid people will take the law into their own hands,' he added.
