Wetherspoon staff, alerted by customers, rushed across a busy street to aid a semi-conscious man, believed to be homeless, The man in the public Dinard garden opposite the Wetherspoon Towan Blystra public house, was spotted by customers at the pub, obviously in distress, two female members immediately took action, crossing the busy Narrowcliff road with a first aid kit, attending to the casualty until first responders arrived. The public-spirited women stayed with the casualty until paramedics took over, one woman was observed running for help. Prince William within 24 hours publicized in a TV documentary his project to build on Duchy land not one mile form this incident, 24 sheltered homes to help address homelessness in the town. These homes are the blueprint and test bed for for several very similar projects to be built throughout the country under the umbrella organization founded by the prince and known as "Homewards" a five year initiative to make a big impact on all the issues surrounding homelessness. Police, CSO, Ambulance and an outreach worker are seen attending.
