Eco-dog repeatedly dives into sea to collect plastic waste before dropping them into bin
On November 3, in Qingdao, Shandong Province, a dog repeatedly jumped into the sea to retrieve plastic bottles and placed them into a trash can.
The video shows the dog bravely diving into the water and skilfully picking up a plastic bottle with its mouth. After coming ashore, it crossed the road and tossed the bottle into a trash bin. The dog went back and forth collecting litter so many times that the road was wet from its efforts.
Eyewitness Mr. Song noted that the dog appeared to be a Malinois and was likely trained by its owner. He expressed amazement at the dog’s environmentally friendly behaviour.
