A little girl's parents spent hours inflating balloons late into the night, carefully setting up decorations in the morning, and crafting the perfect surprise moment.

With candles lit and a heartfelt song, they crept into her room, expecting delighted squeals. Instead, they were met with silence. Their birthday girl was sound asleep, blissfully unaware of the celebration unfolding around her.

After a few failed attempts to rouse her, she finally woke up, groggy but beaming as the surprise sank in.

We worked very hard to prepare for our daughter's birthday. We inflated balloons at night. In the morning, we quietly set everything up and decided to surprise her by singing a song and lighting a candle on the cake. However, our daughter slept even more soundly through our singing, and we couldn’t wake her up. But we eventually managed, and she was very happy.
