Valencia, Spain - November 07, 2024 In the wake of recent devastation, teams from the BRIF (Forest Firefighting Reinforcement Brigades) of Tabuyo are actively assisting the residents of Masanasa and Aldaia in Valencia. These dedicated firefighters are not just tackling the remnants of fires but are also involved in the extensive cleanup of streets, underpasses, garages, and basements. The work is far from over, as noted by the persistent efforts under the banner of Las BRIF con Valencia. Despite the challenging conditions, these forest firefighters from the Ministry for Ecological Transition (mitecogob) continue their mission, working alongside the community to clear the aftermath. Their presence in the mud, their hands-on approach, and their commitment to public welfare showcase a spirit of solidarity and resilience. The second team from #briftabuyo, in particular, has been noted for their ongoing work in Aldaia, ensuring that no one is left to handle the recovery alone.
