Representatives from the United Nations Development Programme, the World Food Programme, the World Health Organization and other international agencies in China visited Pengshui Miao-Tujia Autonomous County in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality from Thursday to Friday.
They spoke highly of the achievements of poverty alleviation and the construction of beautiful villages in Pengshui.

"I can see some really important changes which help improve the health of people's lives. Two main things I see. One is with new health facilities like the hospital that we just visited and the new doctors that you have there, you have more services available for the population.
