'Taser' fails to stop pit bull attacking smaller dog
Shocking footage has emerged from Peru of people trying desperately to stop a pit bull from attacking another dog on the street.
The video, filmed in Chimbote last week, shows the dog biting the other, smaller animal while passersby hit it with sticks to try and stop the ferocious attack.
Later in the video, a police office appears to use a taser on the pit bull while another man kicks it, but both attempts initially fail as its jaws are locked firmly on the other dog.
Eventually, the two dogs are separated and the pit bull runs away.
