"The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) concludes on Sunday in Shanghai. The CIIE is the world's first national-level expo focusing exclusively on imports.
This year, the expo hosts 3,496 exhibitors from 129 countries and regions, setting a new record with 297 Fortune Global 500 companies and industry leaders attending the event."

Statistics show that over 400 new products, technologies and services have been showcased, spanning sectors including artificial intelligence (AI), new materials, autonomous systems and energy transition technologies.

The seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE) saw a total of 80.01 billion U.S. dollars worth of tentative deals reached for one-year purchases of goods and services.
The figure represented an increase of 2 percent from that of last year.
