It's raining cement! Residents shocked by concrete falling from building
Cement rained down on parked cars and nearby homes from an unfinished building.
Footage shows wet construction materials splattered all over vehicles, houses, and covering roads as it sprayed from the high-rise at the end of the street in Manila, the Philippines, on November 12.
A red sedan was coated all over as the cement stormed down onto shocked residents.
Mar Garcia who was standing on the pavement said in the video: 'It is raining cement. It comes from that building. When will it end?'
No one was hurt, but the incident was reported to local authorities as it caused damage to properties.
Cement falling on cars can cause various types of damage to their paint and finish, depending on the amount, duration, and how quickly it is removed. In worst cases, it can cause dents and cracks when hit by large clumps as well as clogging in wipers, vents, or hinges.
