In Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, a Chinese foundation awarded scholarships on Tuesday to 30 visually impaired students from low-income families.

The scholarships were donated through the Amity Foundation and fully funded by China's Guangzhou Foundation for International Exchange and Cooperation.
