In a dramatic rescue operation in central India's Madhya Pradesh, a horse was saved from critical injuries and provided immediate medical aid after being found unconscious on an open grass field.

The incident took place near Dadhibal Petrol Pump in Balpurwa village of Shahdol district on November 13.

Visuals showed the injured horse lying motionless on the field, with rescuers quickly providing aid. Two rescuers held the horse by ropes tied to its legs, while another administered medical treatment to the wounded animal. The horse was seen with gruesome wounds, bleeding profusely. Rescuers carefully tied its legs before lifting the horse into a truck for further treatment.

Speaking to Newslions, Gaurav Rahli Mishra from Atal Kamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan mentioned that he led the rescue operation, which spanned from 2:12 PM to 5:29 PM. He added that, with the support of cow protectors Prakash Sen, Guddu Choubey, Rahul, Ajay, and Hariom, they were able to provide the necessary medical aid to the horse.
