Park-goer helps flip turtle stuck on its back in Thailand
A park-goer helped flip a turtle that was stuck on its back.
Khunrut was enjoying the view at a lotus pond in Bangkok, Thailand, when the reptile plunged into the water and overturned on August 24.
Footage shows the shelled animal helplessly swaying its arms and legs while facing the sky before being assisted back to position.
A curious monitor lizard approached and sniffed around the turtle, but Khunrut scared it away with a stick.
Khunrut said: 'That was the story of how I helped a turtle in distress.'
