SOUNDBITE (French): FATOU KINE DRAME, Senegalese voter
"It's a pleasure to come and perform this civic act. So there you have it, and it goes straight to our hearts, and we're sending out a message to every citizen to come and perform this act, because it's an act of democracy. We expect transparency and rigor towards the people because that's what the Senegalese are asking for. And we also expect these deputies to advocate for us so that justice is truly served."
