US, Los Angeles: Sylmar Brush Fire Disrupts Overnight Traffic On 210 Freeway
Los Angeles, United States - November 17, 2024 11/17/2024 10:50 pm (GMT-0800) SYLMAR, LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a reported rubbish fire near the Hubbard Street off-ramp of the 210 Freeway late Sunday night. When crews arrived, they discovered a fire on the hillside adjacent to the freeway. The California Highway Patrol reduced traffic to a single lane while firefighters worked to contain the flames. The fire was extinguished within 30 minutes and limited to less than half an acre. The cause of the fire is under investigation by LAFD officials.
