Stranded cow rescued from hydrant pit in Russia
This is the heroic moment a stranded cow was rescued from a hydrant pit in Russia.
Footage shows firefighters from Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) rescuing the distressed bovine using a rope and a tractor in Chikola, North Ossetia, on November 18.
Authorities said a farmer called for help after the cow failed to return from the pasture.
Officials confirmed the animal was safely pulled out and unharmed.
