This is the hilarious moment a fitness enthusiast fell while trying to jump on a horizontal bar.
The gymgoer slipped on a narrow wooden plank and tumbled to the ground at the facility in the town of Changchun in Jilin, China, on November 10.
Footage shows the bodybuilder landing flat on his back before quickly standing up, laughing at his gym fail as his training partner bursts into laughter too.
The man said: 'I was stunned at the time, but I am fine.
'It seems that he was a sports student before and had not jumped for a long time and did not master the distance.'
