A Chinese woman used a unique method to make candied fruit.
The local created the traditional sweet snack using syrup and a bowl of icy sugar water in Yingkou, China, on November 10.
Footage shows her skewering a grape with a fork and dipping it into the syrup, fully coating it, before submerging it into the cold water.
She placed the fruit in the ice bath for a couple of seconds and then lifted it, revealing a hardened snack.
