Cars drive over loose wire on motorway
Passing cars drove over a loose wire on a motorway.
The dark grey hatchback's wheels were caught on the fibre optic cable as it navigated the highway near Baiyun International Airport in Guangdong Province, China, on November 13.
Footage shows the driver of the vehicle hesitantly reversing as he discovered the wire on the ground, dragging behind the front tyre.
Sedans and vans can be seen moving over the wire.
Local reports said that the driver was hesitant to drive forward, fearing that the wire might be live and could damage his car.
Eventually, the vehicle was reported to have managed to free itself from the dangling cable.
