"We're trying to express what was famous at the Russian court, what was impressive for the diplomats who came to Russia in the Middle Ages, and what kind of food was prepared and was eaten for different occasions in Moscow.
Chinese tea was very famous in Russia and is still very famous in Russia. The tradition of drinking tea in Russia is absolutely different from Chinese. You see some cups, some kettles, some samovars which were used in Russia for tea drinking."
