UK: US Embassy In London Locked Down After Bomb Threat
A bomb threat prompted the closure of the US Embassy in London on Friday, November 22.
Armed officers arrived at the building in Nine Elms following a report of a suspicious package. The embassy was immediately locked down as a police unit carried out a controlled detonation of the item within a cordoned area, causing a loud explosion.
