Boy and dog rescued on zip line across river in Honduras
This is the dramatic moment a boy and his pet dog were rescued on a zip line across a flooded river.
Heart-pounding footage shows the youngster carrying his beloved pet as firefighters helped him traverse over the raging Rio Armenta river in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, on November 21.
Local mayor Roberto Contreras said rescue teams were deployed in the area which was pounded by heavy rains on Thursday.
Officials said a cold front was causing the inclement weather.
