UK: Strong Winds From Storm Bert Topples Scaffolding In London
This video shows a scaffolding falling over Bethnal Green Road in London after Storm Bert brought strong winds.
Bert struck England and Wales on Saturday, November 23, bringing heavy rain, gusts, power outages, and traffic disruptions, while triggering severe flooding in multiple regions. By Monday, hundreds of homes had been flooded across parts of the UK. At least 200 flights were cancelled at London Heathrow and five deaths were reported.
