Recently, Shenyang, Liaoning, experienced a bout of rain and snow. On the afternoon of November 25, it started to rain, and as temperatures dropped gradually into the night, the rain turned to snow.

With the sudden drop in temperature, rainwater quickly froze, and subsequent snowfall accumulated. By the morning of November 26, residents discovered cars along the roadside encased in ice, resembling ice sculptures.

On November 25, Shenyang issued an orange cold wave alert, forecasting a temperature drop of 12°C to 14°C between the 25th and the night of the 26th. By the morning of the 27th, the lowest temperatures are expected to reach -13°C to -11°C. Residents were advised to stay warm and prepare for the adverse effects of the cold wave on agriculture, livestock, and daily life.
