Los Angeles, United States - November 28, 2024 11/28/2024 02:04 am (GMT-0800) SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – At approximately 2:04 a.m., the California Highway Patrol was dispatched to a semi-truck versus vehicle collision just south of Cleghorn Road on the I-15 South. A short time later, the call was upgraded to a vehicle versus pedestrian incident because an involved party claimed they had struck a pedestrian on the freeway. Upon arrival, CHP commenced a traffic break, and a semi-truck and a disabled vehicle were located, as well as a body in lanes. A hard closure of the southbound #3 and #4 lanes on the I-15 was requested for approximately 35 minutes. The California Highway Patrol was on the scene investigating the fatality.
