A woman drove with the hood up on a highway in Buenos Aires
The National Road Safety Agency (ANSV) identified a woman who was recorded when she was driving on the Pan-American Highway with the hood of her car up. The incident was recorded by another driver who was traveling on the highway, who managed to capture that the accused was traveling with her head down. Fortunately, there were no incidents or injuries.
The unusual situation became known this Thursday after a video began to circulate on social networks, in which a Renault Kwid vehicle, orange in color, was seen driving on the slow lane of the road with the hazard lights on. However, what was striking about the scene was that the hood of the vehicle was up, but the person behind the wheel never stopped.
