A wildfire scorched more than 10 acres of land in San Bernardino County.

San Bernardino County Fire Department (SBCOFD) crews battled the Canyon Crest Fire, which broke out between Jurupa Valley and Fontana in California on November 28.

Footage shows fire trucks lined up to douse and contain the growing blaze.

Local media reported that a dozer also assisted in the operation, with Battalion Chief 140 joining Unified Command alongside CALFIRE Battalion 4.

Authorities said the fire grew to 10 acres in less than an hour and, as of November 29, had burned 254 acres overnight.

However, evacuation warnings were lifted as firefighters managed to contain 15 per cent of the fire by the afternoon of November 29.

No fatalities were reported in the wildfire incident.
