Argentina: Narco-terrorist threat video for Argentina's Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich
Rosario, Argentina - December 01, 2024 An intimidating video, starring alleged members of narco-terrorist gangs, circulated in the last few hours on social media and put the Argentine government on alert. In the images, four men armed with FAL rifles, FMK3 submachine guns, Glock pistols and 12-gauge shotguns can be seen, directly threatening the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, and the governor of the province of Santa Fe, Maximiliano Pullaro. It should be remembered that Santa Fe is the province with the largest number of organizations linked to drug trafficking in the country. The attackers' words also included warnings against Rosario prosecutors and warnings that they plan to extend their actions to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA). "This video is for you, Pullaro and Bullrich. First of all, I would like to say that you had innocent people killed and set everything up to give your gang more power," they said in the video. When addressing the minister, they called her a “mobster” and said that they plan to “leave dead people all over the capital of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe.” Faced with this message that seeks to terrorize the population, the Government was quick to respond with a statement: “Make no mistake, they will never be able to do so with us.” And this morning, Minister Bullrich considered that the threat “may be linked to very strong gangs in the Province of Buenos Aires.” She also announced the launch of the 90-10 Security Plan, which will focus on combating the high homicide rates in critical areas of the country.
