Recently, a hotel in Taiyuan, Shanxi, successfully implemented car-moving robot technology to address the issue of improper parking at its entrance.

Located in a busy downtown area with limited parking, the hotel faced frequent problems with vehicles being parked randomly, disrupting operations and inconveniencing guests. To resolve this, the hotel management decided to introduce car-moving robots.

These robots utilize advanced autonomous mobility and precise positioning technology. Similar to self-driving systems, they “think” independently, employing infrared sensors, lasers, and cameras to accurately perceive their surroundings and locate vehicles. This allows them to autonomously park or reposition cars without requiring manual control.

When a vehicle needs to be moved, hotel staff can simply issue a command through a dedicated management system or a mobile app. The robot promptly responds, moving to the designated location and performing the task efficiently and safely. This innovation significantly improves parking lot utilization and management efficiency.
