According to the leader, a DAET patrol is blocking access to the embassy, ​​which has been without water or electricity for 10 days. The opposition leader also mentions that the diplomatic residence, guarded by Brazil, keeps the Brazilian flag raised as a sign of protection, but denounces that the regime of Nicolás Maduro has intensified the harassment since November 23.
