This eight-wheeled, all-terrain, armoured vehicle is designed with a modular structure, allowing for quick adaptations to meet various military needs.
Initially, 523 Boxer vehicles were ordered in four different configurations to support 11 military roles.
Following the Integrated Review, 100 more units were approved, further strengthening the UK's armoured forces.
