Los Angeles, United States - December 05, 2024 12/05/2024 07:31 pm (GMT-0800) SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – A medic was struck by a vehicle in a seven-vehicle chain reaction crash on southbound lanes of Highway 14 between Agua Dulce Canyon Road and Soledad Canyon Road just outside Santa Clarita city limits. The incident occurred as a motorist was assisting another motorist following a crash. Shortly after, several other vehicles impacted the initial incident. According to CHP records, the medic was struck by a vehicle. At least one person was transported from the scene in critical condition and another in unknown condition, according to Los Angeles County Fire officials. The incident is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol's Newhall office. Drone footage featured here has been reviewed and verified by Key News Network LLC.
