Road collapses as storms causes landslides and floods in Indonesia
This is the moment a road collapses as storms battered Indonesia causing widespread landslides and flash floods.
The narrow mountain highway between Cipapas and Citorek in the Sukabumi district of West Java gave way on December 5.
Officials at the National Disaster Agency said heavy rain had caused landslides and flash floods. At least five people were killed and seven are missing.
Thousands of homes and pieces of civil infrastructure including bridges and roads have been damaged.
Mr Abdul Muhari, the spokesman for the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB), said: 'As of Dec 6 at 9am, it was reported that the number of fatalities had increased to five people in total.'
