During this, many people were also trapped in the restaurant. A massive fire broke out in a closed restaurant on the first floor of a building in Rajouri Garden, Delhi on Monday afternoon. During this, more than 50 people got trapped on the first floor of the building. They reached the roof of the building and from there people were evacuated through the adjacent building. At the same time, after about two and a half hours of hard work, the firefighters controlled the fire. A woman has been seriously injured in the incident. Her leg broke due to the fall, she has been admitted to a private hospital. She has been identified as Neha Thapa. At present, the police is investigating the cause of the fire. Fire department director Atul Garg said that the control room received information about the fire at around 2 pm. The fire broke out in a building opposite Rajouri Garden metro station. There are many shops on the ground floor of the building. There is a restaurant named Jungle Jamboree and an institution named Mac Rajouri on the second floor. The damage to the establishments located on the ground floor is minimal. The fire was brought under control with the help of 10 fire engines.
