A toddler performing page boy duties nailed it during practice - but seemed a bit lost and dropped the ring while walking down the aisle.

Two-year-old Noah Joacqium had been preparing for his role as a ring bearer at his aunt's wedding but turned the moment into a perfect 'expectation vs reality' meme on the big day in Batangas province, the Philippines.

Footage shows Noah holding a small pillow with a phone on top which he carried while walking across their living room on December 7.

However, the video taken in church showed him seemingly distracted, stopping at benches to try and take a seat beside his family.

The youngster, wearing a black suit and holding the tiny pillow before his chest wandered until he finally found the spot where the other page boys were seated.

Mum Gaizel Aseron Lubi said: 'It was my cousin Jania and Chester's wedding. He knew exactly what to do but he was overwhelmed with the size of the church.

'We posted it online and captioned it as expectation versus reality.'

Noah was assisted by the wedding organisers and gave the pillow with the ring to an adult.
