Locals hilariously raced to wear a diapers without touching them at a Christmas party.

Footage shows five contenders with half-worn adult nappies before jumping and stretching their legs when the 'start' signal was said in Nueva Ecija, the Philippines.

They were not allowed to pull it up with their hands so they had to wiggle their thighs and waists to adjust it.

Relatives who attended the party burst into laughter as they struggled to wear the diaper with one of them tumbling backwards as he did.

One of the family members Princess Joanne Chua said: 'We held our Christmas party earlier because my cousin was leaving for Australia.

'We saw the game idea and thought we should try it. Everyone was laughing.'
