Kickstarting as a training unit for students, the restaurant is also renowned for its unique culinary offerings. What's the magic of a university restaurant? Let's go and uncover it together."

The Macanese cuisine requires a large amount of herbs.

For the convenience of cooking and teaching, the university has planted a herb garden.

"The herbs garden is planted with some ingredients used for the Educational Restaurant for the low-carbon dining and local sourcing. It also allows students to learn about the process of the herbs and the vegetables."

"We grow a lot of spices in our garden such as lemongrass and basil. This is bay leaf tree and we're going to put it into cooking African Chicken."

"At UTM Educational Restaurant, all our tourism event management students and hotel management students will come here to learn their practical classes. And then they learn in this very beautiful bar different cocktails, different wines and also different things about drinks.
They actually get to meet real customers. Students will learn how to take orders, how to serve food, and how to talk to the customers."

The Educational Restaurant is known for its diverse selection of Macanese, Portuguese, and Western dishes. Macanese cuisine is a fusion of Chinese and Portuguese ingredients and cooking techniques. At lunch or dinner, the restaurant provides set menus featuring two or three courses. Guests can savor their delicious meals while taking in the lovely scenery outside the window.
