Clever method to repair a tyre in the Philippines
Cool footage, filmed last year, of people in the Philippines repairing a tyre without the appropriate tools.
The filmer later wrote online: "The normal method of repairing tires in the Philippines is hot vulcanizing.
"This involves a rubber patch which is melted into the inside of the tire or the outside of an inner tube."
"Typically a pan of flammable liquid is used to heat a metal piece (usually an old piston) to heat the patch and bond it to the rubber," he continued.
