On October 8, 2024, in Fujian, China, a security video captured a man choking while dining, only to be saved by the quick actions of restaurant staff. In the footage, the man appears to be in distress, attempting to clear his throat and hitting his abdomen. Noticing the emergency, a staff member quickly approached and performed the Heimlich maneuver multiple times, successfully saving the man from choking.
