Skier launches from jump and crashes into lift
This is the shocking moment a skier launched from a jump and crashed into a lift.
The 24-year-old ski enthusiast hit a passing chairlift during his stunt in Hokkaido, Japan, on December 11.
Footage shows the man performing a 360-degree flip in the air when the elevated passenger ropeway moving toward him struck his legs.
Fortunately, he reportedly did not sustain any injuries from the mishap.
He said: 'It was wrong timing, and I didn't consider the placement of the chairlift., but I am okay.'
