Karen gets politely kicked out of Chipotle in Ontario, Ohio. She was being extremely rude at least 5 minutes before recording started.
I walked into the chipotle with 3 people already in line and this lady complaining about getting fresh rice for her order. The employee in the kitchen, apologized several times and explained she was training someone but everything was coming up shortly. The customer kept complaining and being rude. By this time at least 7 more customers had come in line but still no one was complaining but this customer. That’s when I started recording because I knew a verbal exchange was coming. The employee was super patient with her in my opinion.
