US, Los Angeles: Ventura Suspected DUI Driver Crashes Car Carrier Into Railroad Crossing Gate
Los Angeles, United States - December 18, 2024 12/18/2024 01:32 am (GMT-0800) VENTURA, Calif. – CHP Ventura and Ventura Police responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash on SR-118 at Azahar St. When officers arrived on the scene, they located a pickup truck with a car carrier trailer attached that had crashed into a railroad crossing mechanism. The driver was not injured but was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Southbound SR-118 was closed until the roadway was cleared of all vehicles and debris.
