This is the shocking moment an out-of-control pickup truck crashed into a fruit stall.

The white vehicle accelerated toward the market, narrowly missing customers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on December 18.

CCTV footage shows the four-wheeler honking multiple times as it speeds towards the premises.

Upon seeing this, a motorist and a boy playing outside ran to avoid being hit.

The frantic man can be seen stepping onto the fruit rack while the child dashes toward his mother.

Nobody was hurt in the crash - but the angry shopkeeper Ah Sothavin said she ordered the driver to hand over 250 USD on the spot to pay for the damages.

She said: 'Some of the vegetables and the boxes were ruined. The sign outside my shop was damaged.'
